The task was to create UI design for a given wireframe of HR computer software that would enable fast, smooth and seamless experience of managing the hiring process both for her and the candidates.

We explored the daily lives, challenges, and aspirations of potential users. Through interviews, surveys, and observations, we gained valuable insights that became the foundation of Yaybor's design.

Left-hand side panel is filled by Hiring Manager and contains fields for entering offers parts, such as base salary, benefits.
The summary report would auto-generate on the right-hand side section. Receiver of the offer would be able to view the job proposal terms summary and negotiate it in-app.
